The Purpose of the Association shall be to provide for an exchange of information and experience among its members; to serve as a clearing house for information on the region's housing needs; to communicate and coordinate with HUD and other governmental entities on matters of concern to member agencies; to carry out other activities which the membership may deem appropriate to facilitate the operation of housing programs and to assist agencies in meeting housing needs.
